Let’s face it, it sometimes rains in Cornwall. And when it does, you will be very glad indeed of places like Kidzworld near St Austell, where children can safely run wild around the various attractions while you sip tea in the café. The site offers a laser shooting combat game, a 12 metre high Skytrail (with all kids fitted in safety harnesses), a digi climbing wall that speaks to you, a (very popular) dodgems ride, mini golf, indoor ball pit and giant slides and a tree house scramble. And because the 54,000 square foot site is half indoors and half out, when the sun comes out, you can go bask in it with that cuppa while the kids continue their playing. Kidzworld is located next to Cornish Market World, the south west’s largest indoor market.

"Sit back and relax. The children will be busy for hours at Kidzworld. Whether it's making like a monkey along the ropes of the Sky Trail, scaling the heights of the climbing wall or going crazy on the dodgems before finishing up with a game of mini golf, the entertainment is all laid on here. Young ones will love the sand and water play area where the beach is brought to the park and my adventure-seeking five year old got a big kick out of the Treehouse Scramble."
