Llangollen Wharf


From Llangollen Wharf you can embark on either a horse drawn boat trip or a motorised aqueduct cruise. The horse drawn trip last about 45 minutes and run every hour taking you through some of the most beautiful canals in Britain. The aqueduct cruise takes you across the famous Pontcysylite Aqueduct, built by Thomas Telford, the biggest navigable aqueduct, 126 feet above the River Dee.
