From its commanding hilltop position, Guildford Cathedral is an imposing landmark. Inside there is tranquillity, peace, simple beauty, light and space. Our guides offer a warm welcome or just space for contemplation. Come and appreciate this remarkable place of worship, brought to life most weekdays at 17:30 with the unique and uplifting experience of Choral Evensong. Regular events, art exhibitions and schools workshops are held in the Cathedral. The Cathedral is also available for private hire. Additional facilities include a gift shop and modern restaurant, a large car park and coach park and full facilities for disabled visitors.

Guildford Cathedral will be transformed from its traditional setting to a colourful garden of over 50 flower arrangements. Paula Pryke one of the most innovative and respected florists in the world, is our floral designer. The theme for this year is A Festival of Flowers Inspired by Poetry. Tickets to the gala are £8.00 per person and are available from the Guildford Cathedral online box office.

Aled Jones - Singer, actor, author & radio/TV presenter has confirmed a unique tour taking in some on the nation's most beautiful Cathedrals and venues throughout Spring 2013.
Performing in Cathedrals has been part of Aled's life since his days in Bangor as a boy chorister. Tickets are £29.50 + 10% booking fee from Guildford Cathedral Box Office. Doors open 7.00pm.
