Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens

In 2010 the Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens is celebrating its 40th Anniversary. It is set in 160 acres of landscaped parkland and is home to a fascinating collection of birds, mammals and reptiles from around the world, many very rare and endangered. Walk with lemurs in the Madagascar enclosure and see the beautiful Sifaka lemur, the only ones on show in the country. This area has restricted opening from 11.30am - 3pm. The penguin enclosure, within the Walled Garden, has been refurbished this year and talks take place here daily at 11am and 3pm. Amongst the latest arrivals are a trio of young rhinos, wolverines and clouded leopards. Giraffes are expected later in the year. Enjoy the landscaping of the Park as you ride on the narrow-gauge railway (April-October). The gardens are a delight with a mixture of exotic planting, particularly in the Walled Garden, herbaceous borders and inspirational container planting.
