The best of British wildlife is on show at Pensthorpe Wildlife & Gardens. Situated in the beautiful Wensum Valley in the heart of Norfolk, Pensthorpe is well known for being the location of popular TV show Springwatch, which allowed the nation to enjoy its fantastically diverse range of bird and animal life. Meander around numerous lakes and trails and see first-hand their work in the protection of endangered and vulnerable species including rare birds, as well as the breeding population of red squirrels. Take in the full experience with a guided tour and admire the wildflower meadows, forest habitat and an award-winning selection of gardens. When it’s time to refuel sample their delicious home-cooked food, and take a piece of Pensthorpe back with you with a keepsake from the Gift Shop.
