Dickens World takes visitors on a fascinating journey through Dickens’ lifetime as you step back into Dickensian England and are immersed in the urban streets, sounds and smells of the 19th century. With a host of captivating attractions, Dickens World features the “Great Expectations” dark boat ride, the “Haunted Man”, Dotheboy’s Hall Victorian School Room with touch screen technology, a 4D high definition cinema show in Peggotty’s Boathouse, the Britannia Theatre – an animatronic stage show introducing you to some of Dickens’ characters and Fagin’s Den, a soft play area for younger visitors.

Opening Times: Tue to Sun, 10:00-16:30. (Last admission 15:00). Sat, Sun & School Holidays 10:00-17:30 (Last admission 16:00).
Admission: Please check website. Online bookings also taken.
Child Friendly:  Children of all ages welcome (Must be 1 metre tall to go on the boat ride.)
Dog Friendly: No
Location: From the M2 coast bound at junction 1 follow Chatham Maritime anchor sign. Also from M2 London bound at junction 4 follow Chatham Maritime Anchor sign.
