The Beatles Story, Britannia Vaults, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3 4AD
Welcome to the award-winning Beatles Story, the world's largest permanent exhibition purely devoted to the lives and times of The Beatles.
Located in the Fab Four’s hometown of Liverpool, the Beatles Story takes visitors on an atmospheric journey through the lives, times, culture and music of The Beatles.
The Beatles Story is part of the following Travel Ideas:
"This should make any fans of the Fab Four twist and shout when they open the ticket wallet (sorry, couldn’t resist). Seriously, even if you have only a passing knowledge of what these four young men from Liverpool achieved, the Beatles Story still makes for a rewarding couple of hours. Crucial moments in the lads’ careers are recreated (the screaming girls in the Cavern, the screaming girls in Hamburg – you get the picture) and the audio commentary as you wander through the exhibits really brings it all alive with interesting input from the likes of Cynthia, John’s first wife. Prepare to weep at the end in the moving tribute to Lennon."
